Key Skills Quiz

Are you confident with the Key Skills?

Confidence and use are two different things. You may use the Key Skills but are you confident that you are 'using them properly'? See how confident you are.

Read through each question in the chart. Think about one or two things you have done where you have used the Key Skill. Give yourself a score. If you click on the totals button at the end of each section your score will be added up. Read the "How did you do?" section at the end of this page to find out what your score means.

How did you do?

13-16 No problems here. Think about how you can best use this skill

9-12 Look to see how you scored on each question. You might be confident in one or two areas but not so good in others. Think about how you can build on the good areas and get better at the not so good.

5-8 This skill is a challenge. Is it because you haven't used it much? If so, think about how you could get more practice. If it's because you have gaps in your knowledge, think about getting some help.

1-4 Time to take action. Think about what you can do to build up your confidence with this skill and who can help you.
