  Working with Others

This unit is about applying the skills of working with others to straightforward and complex work, on a one-to-one basis and in a group depending on the level. Working with Others specifications have just received final approval and will shortly be available at levels 1, 2 and 3.

At level 2 work will again be straightforward but with candidates identifying the objectives for working together: one-to-one in a group. Candidates will need to show they can: plan work and confirm working arrangements work co-operatively towards achieving identified objectives exchange information on progress and agree ways of improving work with others

At level 3 candidates will need to contribute to complex work in both one-to-one and group situations, showing that they can: plan work, agreeing objectives, responsibilities and working arrangements seek to establish and maintain co-operative working relationships review work and agree ways of improving future collaborative work.
